Restrictions:
• Subject to availability.
• Pets in villas only, non-refundable fee of $500
• Must sign long-term stay contract.
• Early departure fees apply. Rate reverts to RACK if stay doesn’t cross threshold
• If condo is booked, owner will be notified/asked if they want the long-term stay.
• Deposit of 1 week room, tax, resort fee 72 hours before arrival. Weekly billing thereafter.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of the first seven night’s stay including taxes and resort fee will be taken 72 hours before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than 72 hours before arrival will forfeit the advance deposit.
