The Lantana Grill and Bar, Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott Hotel’s main restaurant. Here, Executive Chef Robbin Murphy masterfully creates “trans-pecos” cuisine, a mix of German-influenced Hill Country recipes and Southwestern flavors. Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Murphy’s dishes are Texas-sized and feature everything from bison to sea bass. Lunch on the patio promises a tasteful and fulfilling escape. In the evening, the restaurant comes alive with the mantra of fire and spice meals and the choice of more than 200 wines. The Lantana Grill is open year-round and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week as well as Sunday brunch.
