Fall Creek Vineyards

Fall Creek Vineyards was established in 1975 by Texas businessman/rancher, Ed Auler and his wife, Susan. The vineyards are located eighty miles northwest of Austin in the Texas Hill Country where the sandy loam soil, warm days and cool breezes off Lake Buchanan provide an excellent microclimate for growing premium wine grapes.

Pedernales Cellars

Pedernales Cellars is Texas’ leading producer of authentic, handcrafted wines, specializing in Spanish and Rhone style wines.  Its award-winning Texas Tempranillo and Viognier are benchmarks for these grape varietals in the state.  Family owned & operated, the estate vineyard was planted in 1995.  Pedernales Cellars is dedicated to world-class wines, sustainable practices, and Texas Hill Country hospitality.  Visitors can tour the underground winemaking cellar, and then relax with a glass of wine on the tree covered deck with breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country.

Spicewood Vineyards

Spicewood Vineyards, operated by the Yates family, has a tradition of making exceptional wines that consistently win competitions. The original handcrafted winery building resembles a Texas Hill Country home of the 19th century. A new building was added in 1999 that includes a covered pavilion where a boxed lunch and glass of wine will be served. The underground barrel room has space for 400 barrels and the winery has the capacity to produce more than 5,000 cases of wine, annually.

Stone House Vineyards

Stone House Vineyards is perched on a high bluff overlooking Lake Travis. This 7-acre vineyard reaps benefits from moderating cool breezes blowing in off the water. The winery is constructed from massive limestone blocks, each weighing over 2000 pounds! The barrel room itself is temperature controlled at 58 degrees in order to maintain the quality maturation of barreled wine. The view and experience at Stone House is not to be missed.

William Chris Vineyards

Using 100% Texas grown fruit William Chris Vineyards is a family owned winery and vineyard operation nestled on the edge of Hye, Texas in the Hill Country AVA (American Viticultural Area). Founded in 2009 by Bill Blackmon and Chris Brundrett, William Chris is first defined by a sensational portfolio of Texas grown hand-crafted wines. An unsurpassed commitment to sustainable wine making and an individualistic style shows through in every glass. Using small batch fermentation and old world “by hand” techniques we can achieve a level of wine quality which is truly unique to Texas.
