Benefits of Resort Service
Owners participating in the Horseshoe Bay Resort Rental Program are able to allow their guests exclusive access through their Membership to the Club, which cannot be done through any other Rental Program. We have a database of over 85,000 past and potential guests that we send advertising to on a weekly basis to ensure we are their preferred vacation destination!

  • Waters units are supported by Horseshoe Bay Resort’s marketing team with year-round promotions through digital, print, broadcast and direct marketing platforms.
  • Waters units can be conveniently booked online through Horseshoe Bay Resort’s online booking engine
  • Waters units are promoted through the Horseshoe Bay Resort website which receives between 150,000 to 250,000 pages views per month.
  • Our Sales professionals cover all markets in Texas as well as the entire United States selling to large groups and wedding parties all year long
  • Sales reps attend trade shows and conferences throughout the country to bring groups and guests to Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Our on-site reservation agents are available 7 days a week to assist our guests and book your property. They assist guests with reservations for your property and vacation planning. Our reservation agents are well versed and personally familiar with your property and can describe the features that will ensure any prospective guest will be excited to visit us and stay in your property. Our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week to issue keys, escort your guests to the property and answer any questions you or your guests might have.

Amenity Access
As a club member and rental program participant, your guests have exclusive access to our Club and Resort Amenities through your membership which is not available with any other rental property in the area. They are given the same access as an unaccompanied guest. Any guest checking into your property may access our 3 Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses, use of the Bayside Spa wet areas and gym, Whitewater Putting Course, Tennis Courts, etc.

Homeowner’s Use
The primary goal of the rental program is to offset the expense of your vacation home and provide a turn-key experience to you as the homeowner when traveling to your vacation home.

The availability of your home is the biggest factor in your rental income. We do our best to keep your property rented for all major holidays and weekends in the summer, but you have the option of blocking out any period of time you wish for your own personal use unless it will displace a previously booked guest.

We ask that homeowners keep personal belongings and photos in their locked owner’s closet.

As an owner participating in the rental program or in our maintenance program, your home will be inspected by our on-site handyman once a month. He will complete a routine preventative maintenance checklist and perform any repairs that can be made at that time. He will report more complex issues to the Rental Program Manager to be scheduled with certified professionals. This will allow you to be on vacation when you arrive instead of performing a honey-do list of repairs and maintenance for the first 2 days of your vacation!

Do you enjoy cleaning when you get to your vacation home and when you leave? Do you like coming into a dark, hot home?

We will prepare your home for arrival for you each time you are scheduled to arrive and clean your home after you depart. We routinely clean the balconies and windows as necessary. Upon arrival, we will turn on your ceiling fans and lamps, open the blinds, turn on the ice maker, dust/freshen and adjust the thermostat for you. At departure, we will clean the entire home, change your bed linens, adjust the thermostat accordingly and close the home for vacancy.

Once a year we will take the entire home apart and perform a deep clean and clean your home from top to bottom including having the drapes, bedding, furniture and carpet cleaned.
